For the first time Gloucester Archaeology Festival and Crimson Spire come together to celebrate Archaeology with a range of Themed special cocktails available especially for this evening.
So come along and enjoy a wonderful relaxed evening of cocktails, History and Archaeology and get to see Roman pottery discovered in Gloucester and beyond thanks to the Roman Pottery Study Group.
Crimson Spire has developed some special cocktails for the evening.
• Cathedral (from our main menu) inspired by the historic city centre landmark incorporating local Cotswold gin, Aperol, sweet vermouth, and orange juice
• Roman Punch, drawing on Gloucester’s Roman roots blending rum, brandy, sugar, lemon juice, and strawberry
• The Last Word, showcases the traditional herbal liqueur Chartreuses, developed by monks as a medicinal elixir, mixed with gin, maraschino liqueur, and fresh lime juice
• There will also be at least one Mocktail available.
Crimson spire is the fantastic new bar which is part of the Hotel Indigo which is on the site of the former White Frairs and boasts amazing views of the city and especially the Cathedral.
This evening is suitable for over 18’s only. Entry is Free and no booking is required. The Bar will be offering Chargable Cocktails, other drinks and range of bites to eat during the evening.
