The Siege was arguably Gloucester’s finest hour, when the small garrison of Parliamentarians held out against the might of the Royal Army, led by the King himself.

The walk lasts about an hour and a half.

Pre-booking required. Tickets available from Tourist Information Centre in Southgate Street.

Meet at St Michael’s Tower at The Cross.
