Our café team would love to welcome you to our café: the perfect place to stop and relax during your visit.

Tucked towards the back of The Folk is a delightful café serving homemade cakes and freshly prepared light lunches. We serve fairtrade barista coffee and a range of teas from local suppliers, alongside toasties, quiche, soups and jacket potatoes prepared onsite.  

Look out for our special themed specials during events, including Tudor pies, authentic Borscht and crumbles made with apples from our own garden!

Our licensed bar serves beer from Gloucester Brewery, cider from Severn Cider and a selection of wines. We also sell a wide range of soft drinks including Fentimans. 

Everything is locally sourced in and around Gloucester. 

The Café is open on Tuesdays – Saturdays from 10am – 4pm, with hot food served until 2pm.

Afternoon teas
On selected dates, we offer special afternoon teas with a range of delicious homemade cakes, scones and sandwiches. Prices are £15 per person with tea or coffee or £18 with Prosecco. Space is limited, so please book ahead here or email jo@gloucestercivictrust.org for custom bookings.

Catering
We also produce fantastic buffets which start at £8 per head. We can provide lunches for meetings and conferences, and cater for parties of up to 50 people. We cater for all dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.
