Gloucester Civic trust is working in partnership with St Mary de Crypt, trying to seek funds to refurbish the Old School Room. Grant providers have been approached to test the water. It’s early days, but things look positive.
Civic Trust member John Rhodes was recently apointed to the Llanthony Secunda Priory Trust to represent Gloucester Civic Trust.
John Rhodes reports the achievements of the Priory Trust as very promising. LPST wishes to create a sustainable future for Llanthony Priory.

Walking through ‘The Cross’ in Gloucester you’ll notice the boarding has gone up around St Michaels Tower. Thanks to Heritage Lottery Funding, our hopes of making the Tower an arts and cultural centre are becoming reality.
The Tower is being restored after a long period of dereliction into a useful centre for locals and visitors alike.
