Organised Tours

Gloucester Civic Trust provides a tailor made service for groups/clubs and organisations.
 
If you are part of an organisation, and looking for something different, why not organise a tour of the city and/or Gloucester Docks. You’ll be amazed at what you find out - things you never new about the city you live and/or work in. We have so much here in Gloucester to discover.
 
Tour guides are professionally trained by Heart of England, and they offer an entertaining and fascinating insight into Gloucester’s past.

Visitor Information Point (VIP) Returns to Gloucester Docks

The Civic Trust’s Visitor Information Point has moved from its base in College Street, and is in the throws of relocating to the National Waterways Museum in the Docks.
The VIP was located in the Docks for many years until it lost its home in Merchants Quay. The VIP will continue to provide a first class service to visitors in the Docks and will encourage them to explore the city centre.

St Mary de Crypt

Gloucester Civic trust is working in partnership with St Mary de Crypt, trying to seek funds to refurbish the Old School Room. Grant providers have been approached to test the water. It’s early days, but things look positive.
